Operator crank device (entry gard)

Question

I need two replacement cranksfor my windows. I also need the handles for them as well. Pics 3001 & 3030 are to the right window . Pics 3031-3033 are to the left side window. If you look close there are numbers on the device. Take a close look to where the gears are located for each side and the arm position of each one. Please feel free to ask me any questions. I'm having difficult time trying to match these up with the gears and arms in the proper side/position.

Our 39-031 & 39-032 as well as the 39-155 & 39-156 come to mind. However, note that these parts have a roller at the end of the operator's arm. It looks like yours broke off so you may want to check an undamaged version to confirm. The best match will depend on the dimensions so you'll have to compare them with yours to see which operators are needed for your repair. For a compatible handle, see the 39-114L.

As for how to determine which side, you just need to focus on what side the gears are on and use that as a reference.
