Operator for old Silverline casement window.

Handle broke at operator. From video it looks like I need Truth Dyad Operator 39-316, stud bracket 39-514, detach clip 39-105 and crank handle 39-114. Are these the correct parts?

To further review, are you able to provide a closer/clearer picture of the operator arm. Unfortunately I cannot fully confirm the style with the obstruction from the screen. From there we can determine if the parts mentioned are the best fit. Thank you!
