Operator shaft end piece ( entry guard truth)

Home Owner from Minneapolis
Operator shaft piece isn't able to close the window. It can pick up the gears to open the window but just rotates on closing. It looks a little striped. Is there anyway I can just replace the shaft piece? The screws attaching the dual arms to the window look almost impossible to reach unless the whole window from is detached.

The numbers I can see on the some of the parts are 40471 and one of the arms has 20810 and another arm has 30744 inscribed on it.

Also do you just sell the bushing rollers? One of my windows seems to run out of tract due to a worn roller.

If that worm gear pops out, it does unfortunately mean the entire operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. Without seeing the entire assembly including the link arms I can't be certain, but based off those codes and your description I suspect you have either the 39-031 & 39-032 Enty Gard operators, or the 39-155 & 39-156. The only difference between these two sets is the length of the link arms, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For new handles and covers, see the 39-107 and 39-114L

I am afraid the rollers at the end of the straight arms are not sold separately.  I apologize for the inconvenience.

This is the same problem I have. The thread on the worm screw is stripped on one of our EntryGard dual arm operators (same #s as yours 20810 and 30744). Window cranks open, but not closed (just spins). If I order a new operator (39-032), does that include the worm drive screw thing? Or is that some separate part?

The worm gear will come with our operators, yes. Please note that the worm gear is a permanent fixture of every operator and is not meant to be removed in any way.
