Operators with Square rollers.

A home owner from Johnston, RI says:
I ordered some 39-027E operators which seem to fit in every way except the end of the arm which goes into the track. My original hardware has square fittings on the end. Do you have this hardware or would I be better off changing my tracks to accomodate the 39-027E?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Looks like you have an older Andersen operator. I'm afraid the 39-027E will not work; I've tried before, it's not applicable. Take a look at our 39-095 set, which is the newer style and see if you can adapt the operator and the track that come with it to your window. You will also need the 39-286 handle.
