Thanks for writing in. I see you are referring to our Series 795 channel balance. If you happen to go to that product page, beneath the product description, you will see our sash weight range chart. If your current balance does not have any stampings or markings indicating which option to choose, the only other way to determine which letter to choose would be to remove your sash and weight it on a scale. From there you would correspond the weight to our chart and decide which letter would make the best match.
