I ordered item S795-30 Option 30C, the lighter plastic end is on the ones I am replacing. Can you assist in determining the correct replacement, the old and new ones are side by side in these photos.

Hello,

We can supply your balances but it will need to be a custom order. To get started, please show us how your balance attaches to the window jamb, which should be either a clip or a screw.

Also, I see that you ordered six balances originally. Would you like the same quantity for your custom order? Thank you!

It is the screw attachment. Yes, I would like the 6 items. Can I also return the ones I purchased? Thanks

Thanks for getting back to us. We just sent over an order link and price quote for the balances you've requested. Please note that the balances will have a 30B stamp, rather than the 30C that you ordered for the S795 balances, which is what is shown on the original balance channel in your photos.
