Order #3 of this window crank?pulling what's left of my hair out

I've ordered this part with the numbers 30830 and 30841L TWICE now, this will be the third time. Both times it took a week to get them only to have them be the wrong replacement part. It has 30830 on where the cork screw cover is and 30841L on the 2 piece arm (photos attached). I need 2 of these. My renovation is almost complete and the house is going up for sale in a week. Please help a frustrated homeowner. :)
