-wrong size- trying to reorder correct size

Greetings

I ordered Truth replacement locks for a sliding glass door. I ordered the wrong size. I called customer support and they recommended that I send you a picture to confirm a new order for what I believe to be the 9 7/8 size. They also suggested that you could help initiate a return for the initial wrong size locks.

I would like to order two of the locks in the size that you believe is correct.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for writing in! I believe you may be able to use our 82-260 Multi-Point Mortise Lock to replace your existing hardware. You might notice that hooks protrude from the lock in a different manner than yours does, so you may also need to replace the keeper with our 82-249.

Take a look over each of them to determine if these will work to repair your sliding glass door.
