Hey there,

Your exact shoe is no longer made but the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe will work to replace it. While I have confidence this will work for your repairs, I suggest double checking the dimensions to confirm.

You can reuse the existing coils if they are still in good working condition. If not, this shoe is compatible with the 1/2" wide Series 152 Coil Balance; it is attached to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. To determine the correct coils needed for the assembly, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on them. If there aren't any stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that by the total number of coils in the window.

In regard to the pivot bar, I believe our 26-226 Pivot Bar should work to replace yours but you'll need to confirm that the installation hole placement is the same.
