Order wrong do you have what I need

A home owner from Iowa says:
Hi, I ordered the wrong channel balance as it is too wide for my window repair. I need a width of under 1/2 close to 7/16. Otherwise the one I ordered worked but I could not tilt my windows back in. Do you have something I can order when I return the 29 inch series 751 channel balance option 28tg? The old ones have a stamp 28tg BSI on them.

Thanks for writing in. Could you double-check your balance's dimensions for us? The balance honestly looks typical to my eyes but best to be certain. The issue regarding not being able to tilt the window might have to do with this balance's knife-lock shoe; this looks less like the one that comes with the Series 751, our 15-014, and more like our 15-197 possibly. Look it over to confirm this. If that's the case, we can make up custom balances for you with the correct shoe. Let me know what you find.
