Ordered parts for Champion Windows but don't have this one included

This item (img_5302) apparently holds the spring in - but I cannot find anything similar on your website. I believe the item on the right is the cover for that piece.

My handyman is asking if you have either/both of these pieces available.

Hello,

I see that you ordered our 15-177 pivot shoe and S152-5 coil spring. If these parts match your original hardware, you would use the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 drum to support the coil springs. If you're at all unsure if you purchased the correct parts. feel free to send us photos of the original pivot shoe and coils removed from the window. Thank you!
