I ordered the Universal Joint with pole ring 11/32" 39-336 and it is too small to replace my handle. Does this come in another size? Please see picture.

I need the universal joint because this window is in a skylight that is 20 feet off the ground and requires a ladder to open it. I have a pole, now I need to get a compatible handle..
