First of all I am trying to find replacement drawer pulls for my bedroom furniture. I really only need the piece that screws to the drawer. Need at least 2. Depending on price may order more. Have not been able to match up online.
Next. I already purchased 2 pieces of your item # 15-194. 1" T lock balance shoe. They were the wrong size.
The longer piece in the pic is what I need. Again, cannot match up online.

I'm not sure we can replace that drawer pull. We carry a variety that you can see here, but none of them match your exact style. If you need the exact style, you will likely have to contact the original makers of the cabinet.
As for the balance shoe, can you flip it over and show me its front side? Can you also confirm that the width of the "T" is just 1"?
Ah, I thought this might be the case. Looks like the stem of your shoe has a deep groove in the front. This is to match up with a similar groove on the metal channel itself.
I'm afraid we won't be able to replace this shoe. The only thing we can recommend would be to replace the Series 795 channel balance altogether. These come with a 1-1/4" shoe, but you can always swap them out with the 1" wide shoes you already purchased.
I'm sorry we can't offer an easier solution.
