Ordering a pair (2) of plastic inserts for one (1) window

Question

These plastic inserts are attached with a small screw into the window channel. This allows the window channels to catch and help slide the window up/down. I recently ordered part S380-21 (otion: 2040) 21" Series 380 Channel Balances for the exact same window, but didnt realize one of the two plastic pieces had broken off.

This appears to be the old Milgard brand top sash guide. They stopped making this, unfortunately, so there's no official replacement. However we've had a lot of success using our 18-009 as a substitute. The catch is that you need to trim the top lip so that its flush with the cavity, otherwise it would be too wide to fit. A utility knife can be used to this end.
