Question

I need a window slide/Pivot Lock Shoe for a OC window but I'm not sure which one I need to order.

It looks like Part# 15-177 but I'm not quite sure.

Thanks for reaching out to us! From what I can see of the shoe in the window, this looks to be either a Simonton window shoe or a CertainTeed window balance. That said, the 15-177 isn't likely to be the correct replacement.

To narrow down the correct replacement option for your repairs, I'll need to see a photo of a complete shoe removed from the window track.
