I need to know what window pivot lock show to order to replace the broken one.

Thank you kindly, Rick! It looks like you have an old Simonton pivot bar, which tells me you have a Simonton brand window. We don't sell your exact pivot shoe, but we recommend the 15-259 as a substitute. This uses the S159 coil springs, and you'll also need the 26-083 pivot bar. The videos below will go over everything you'll need to know.
