Looks like you need a new mortise lock. It's similar in design to our 82-239, but look over our dimensions and photos and let me know if you agree.

Please have a look at our 82-239 and 82-260 mortise locks. Carefully compare your measurements with ours and let us know if any one of these is a good match.

Thank you Tom for the answer I needed and the OP for posting photos of the exact model I had that needed replacing. Ordered and hopefully everything will be back to operating conditions.

I want to buy lock
PAT #: 6.264.252 PAT #: 5.820.170
Your photo shows Nov 17, but my lock shows FEB 14. If I buy your lock, will it be the same as my lock? I mean I want to buy the right lock. Otherwise I can't install the lock.

The stamp printed on your lock doesn't really matter in this case. what matters most is size. As long as your dimensions match ours, then it should work for your application.
