Question

I ordered 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoes from your co recently but of course I'm discovering it doesn't work with existing balance.

Thanks for posting. I see the issue. Your T-lock shoe is a similar style to the 15-194 except for the groove in the stem. Since your metal channel has that same groove, unfortunately, the 15-194 won't fit.

In this case, your best option would be to replace the channel balances on both side. Our Series 795 should be a match, though this comes with the 15-195 by default, which is bigger at 1-1/4" wide. You can swap those shoes out with the 15-194 shoes you already purchased. See the video below.
