Patriot Window Balance 32B OP BSI

Question

Patriot windows will not close to lock. Is there an adjustment to the balance rod or do they need to be replaced? If adjustable is there instructions on how? If they need to be replaced, do they come with instructions as well. The balance rod is 28c, window is code:pat rating NFRC,series NC1300/1400,mst 4060 thanks

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid these balances cannot be repaired or adjusted, you'll have to replace them. The first thing to come to mind is our Series 795 balance, but it appears you have a shoe that is smaller than the default. See our 15-194. You can pop the default shoe off the Series 795 and pop this on.
