I need two new rollers for the PGT series 2500 sliding glass door leading to my lanai. The home was built in 2004. Can you please identify the roller assembly for me and place an order for two of them?

We unfortunately don't sell this exact model roller. it may not be made anymore. That said, compare your original to the 81-020 and 81-261. See if either of these products match up to yours in terms of size. They may be worth considering, though I'm afraid that neither is a guarantee.

I have the same roller situation with a PGT 2500 Series doors. Was there ever a determination on which roller assembly worked?

Unfortunately, we haven't heard back from this customer on if one of the suggested rollers worked as a replacement. If you decide to give either option a try and run into any issues, our return policy can be found here
