PGT Balance and Top sash guide

Hello! This balance looks like a good match for our Series 395. Your metal channel should be 37", so that would make it our S395-37 with a 3650 option (to match your old stamp designation). This assembly comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match then you should be good to go!

As for the top sash guide, I can't make a recommendation without seeing the original. The Series 395 is compatible with just way too many to narrow it down at this stage. I specifically need to see it removed in undamaged condition, and shown from the front and side. Think of it like a mugshot.
