PGT Balances broken and need to be replaced

A quick learner from Florida says:
Need help identifying balances for PGT window where window is about 47" wide x 61" high. Stamped on balance is 29 5 IW CMC 11 as shown in one of the four attached pictures. Metal part of balance is 30" long x 0.5 inches wide. Need to know what balance to order that has proper ends as shown in attached pictures.

Hi, Mark. Most PGT windows like yours uses Series 395 side load balances. You would order S395-30 with a spring weight/stamp option of 2950 for "29 5."
