PGT SH 4000

A quick learner from Venice, Florida says:
I am looking to replace the channel balance on 8 PGT SH 4000 windows. Photos attached. The balance is 24" long (metal only). I also need the part for the top of the window (photo attached), and the clips that release the window for removal. The stamp on one balance said 23-2 DS Caldwell (photo attached).Do you have these parts? What will the cost be for the 8 windows? What is your return policy if this doesn't work?

This looks like our S395-24. Look it over to see if you agree. For a stamp option, choose 2320.

A quick learner from Venice, Florida says:
What is the return policy should these not work? Also, I should get Take Out # 16-002 and PGT Top Sash Guide 18-015. Right?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

See our Return Policy here. Yes, the 18-015 might be this Top Sash Guide, but ultimately you need to remove your old one and compare the dimensions to confirm. Similarly, make sure the shape of the 16-002 matches your old clip.
