PGT Spring balance

Question

Please ignore my previous post. I just saw the video on identifying the part and here is the full info and photos.
This is from a 2001 PGT SH 37x63. The length of the metal is 29 7/8".
I also need a couple of take out clips. Any advice on how to remove the old bent takeout clip?

Your balance resembles the S395-30 channel balance with a 2940 stamp option, but my main concern is the length of the metal channel. Based on the stamp, it should measure 30" long. We cannot provide a 7/8" increment channel length. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a direct fit.

A 2940 stamp can support a 23 to 28 lb window sash, please compare.
