Hi there! This balance looks very similar to our Series 395. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match up you should be good to go.

Assuming I'm right, then you'll want the S395-24 with a 2310 stamp. Let me know if you have any questions, or if neither our 19-005 or 15-001 fitting match.
