PGT balance and top sash guide

Please help identifying these parts for 20 yr. old PGT windows. See attached images.
- Channel balance is stamped BSI 2940ff. 30

I'm afraid I can't identify your balance based on just seeing the stamp. All that tells us is how much weight it can support. That said, many PGT windows have been known to use our Series 395 channel balance. This comes with the 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom attachment, so as long as these match you should be good to go. See what you think.

As for the top sash guide, yours appears to be an older style. See our newer style 18-015. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours to see if they match up.
