PGT broken window springs

A quick learner from Sebring Florida says:

Could you please help me figure out what window springs I need to order from you guys. The item numbers on the springs are

10 4 JO CALDWELL and it is 11 inches

17 4 JO CALDWELL and it is 18 inches

Thanks for contacting us! These balances look like our Series 395 configuration, which has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom. Just make sure those match up.

You would go with our S395-18 for the 17 4 stamp, but for the 10 4 stamp we need to custom order you that extra small size. Can you just tell me how many you need?

Once I know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote. This will allow you to add the 11" balance to your cart and checkout with everything at once.
