Hi Dan,

Take a look at our S395 channel balance and compare its specifications to yours. There should also be a stamp on your original balance channel that will help you choose the corresponding strength option for your new balances. Thank you!

Here is the stamp .. do you mail a replacement set , and do you have an install video?

It looks like you would need our S395-37 with a 3650 strength option.
