Thanks for reaching out! I'm certain we can provide the replacement hardware you need. Although, I'd just like to double check exact which piece of hardware needs to be replaced.

In the first photo you show the window operator and in the second you show the casement window hinge. Are you looking to replace both?

Thanks for confirming. I'll need to know the length of the track installed to the window sill to confirm the right replacement for the hinges.

Your window operators can be replaced with either the 39-253RB or the 39-439B. To determine which of these is the correct replacement match, you'll need to compare each of them. Take a look at the video tutorial below for a detailed explanation on their differences.

The opposite versions of each operator can be found in their related products, along with their compatible hardware and accessories.

The hinge track is 13 inches

I believe your hinge can be replaced with the 36-004-14. Given that the hardware previously rusted, this may be the best option for the repair but we also have the 36-049. Each of their dimensions can be viewed on the website.

You will need to replace the top and bottom hinges to ensure they'll be a match, given the difference in the track length. Both sets of hinges can be used in right and left handed applications.
