Spoke to Swisco yesterday afternoon regarding locating a replacement piece for a PGT sliding window. See attached photos. I think the correct part may be 90-278 in beige.
I did not see a keeper, but turns out it is embedded in the fixed window light in the frame. See attached 3 photos.
Appreciate the kind help for this huge dollar value inquiry!
Please advise if you think this is indeed the correct replacement part. PGT passed your details as they do not deal directly with homeowners.

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't have a 1:1 match for this window lock. The 90-278 is similar in design but the important dimensions are the installation hole center spacing and the backset as shown below. You'll want to make sure your old lock matches this if you haven't done so already.
As for the keeper, the 90-255 comes to mind but this isn't designed to be used with a sweep lock like the 90-278 so we can't promise it will work for you.
