Hello;
I had PGT windows installed 18 years ago. I am looking for the attached spring weights that are 10" long. I have bigger windows, I believe are the same design, I still need to take them out to measure. I am also looking for the rubber (insulation that is at the bottom of the window, to seal when closed.
I would like to start by changing the 10" springs, and then do the rest if they work.
Please let me know if you have these.

I've known many PGT windows to use our Series 395 channel balance. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom, so compare these to your balance to make sure their dimensions all match up.
As for the length, it's very small. We will have to specially make it. Before we start, we will need you to confirm that the Series 395 is a match. We will also need to see the stamp printed on the metal channel. Finally, please tell us how many you need. Once we have this information, I'll email you a special order link and price quote.
