I was able to read two stamp weight markings on your PGT window balances. Your PGT window uses our Series 395 side load balances, with 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom balance fittings. Please compare your attachments to verify that. The 28-9 balance would be a S395-29 side-load balance. The 34-9 would be S395-35. Weigh your window sash to choose the "option" for each.
