I have single hung PGT windows The Guide on windows have broken and difficult to open up. I have attached a photo. I need 4 white and 4 black guides. Can you please provide part number and cost.

I'm not sure what that part might be. Can you show me a picture of an undamaged version removed from the window? That would help us find a possible match. Thank you!
