PM52x dual point lock for ReliaBilt 300 series sliding door

Question

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement lock for a ReliaBilt sliding door.  Part is labeled as PM52x, as part of installation of a PD3000 handle kit.  It's 9 and 3/4" center to center for the mounting holes, 9/16" wide and 1 and 1/16" deep.
