I just placed an order #1566826, looks like I ordered the wrong window lock!!
Can you put my order on hold until you can call me to help me find the window lock I need, it appears Pacific Ind. is no longer in business.

Hello, Janelle. It looks like you placed an order for the 26-089P, but that appears to be what you have in your photos. Is there any reason you don't think our product will work? I will also ask our customer service team to put your order on hold until we get to the bottom of this. |
