Hi, Am needing two window balance bars/rods whatever. the metal part is 28" in length. Can you please direct me to the right part(s). Thanks!

Thanks for writing in. See either our S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2740.

Thanks Bob, the S385-28 with the 1 3/32" depth shoe should do it so I ordered a pair. You made it easy peasy. Appreciate the help.
