To start, our 82-005 looks closest. As well, you said in the title of this post that you need a lock. Does you need a key lock? If so, the 82-306 keyed handle is compatible with the 82-005. However, assuming that your inside handle set still works, I don't see any reason why you can't just replace the 82-306.

Hello,
I don't have to have a keyed lock, it would ve vety nice and convenient. My inside handle set needs replacing also.
When my husband puts it back together, I can lock it once without it getting out of line.
So, I need 82-005 & 82-306
to replace inside and outside?
