Thanks for reaching out! I am confident that we can provide you with a replacement balance, however, to be absolutely sure, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

I am specifically looking to see any attachments that could be connected to the balance or that may still be in the window channel, connected to the bottom of the sash. 

I'll also need to know the stamp from the metal channel of your balance. This is what helps to determine the weigh range your balances should be able to carry to support the weight of your sash.

Thanks for the photos and for confirming that information. It appears you have the Series 770 Channel Balance with a 62-105 Hook attached to the bottom of it. These will need to be a custom order balance.

Unfortunately, I am unable to cross-reference the stamp you've provided, so I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash (window) to determine the stamp needed for your custom balances. 

To confirm pricing and availability, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance type.
