Im looking for a replacement cam for the balance shoe on my double hung Paradigm windows. These windows were new in 2005.

Hello! Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. It's tough to be 100% sure what you have while it's still in the window, but I think that our 15-177 is a strong contender for a replacement. Look it over and let me know if you agree!
