The clip is different. Do you have different metal clips?

I think I see what you mean. Now that you mention it that clip is a little different. I wonder if yours is an older design.

Can you show me where it attaches? That might give me a better idea of how it works and whether the modern Series 765 can still replace it or if adjustments need to be made after all.
