The handle recommended previously is unfortunately discontinued and no longer made. In your case, I don't think it would work very well, either. A better option would be our 82-030. Just check the hole spacing to ensure that it's the same at 3-15/16".

Also note that the 82-030 can only work with mortise locks like our 82-218 or 82-265. If yours differs, let me see it and I will do my best to advise.
