Part ID needed

I need the small plastic piece that says, "Pella" on it.  The slide piece I need is the one with the black ruler background behind it.  The piece is 2 in wide and about an inch deep.  The other picture is only for context - my broken slide piece snaps on to this bottom mechanism.
