Hello!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-35 or S385-35 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a 3440 stamp option for these balances.

It is just over 1" so it must be the S385-35 channel balance. I'm not sure I understand what a 3440 stamp option is. Could you please explain that? Thank you.

Certainly. A stamp option or "spring strength option" indicates the sash weight range your balance is calibrated to support. Yours is "3440" which means you'll need to select that option on the S385's store page. Let me know if this makes sense or if you had any other questions.
