Part for PGT window - pivot shoe

This window does not stay up when open. We removed it and discovered the pivot lock shoes on the bottom window are broken or missing. Trying to identify the correct part in a bewildering array of choices! Please help...

Hey there. This looks like a Simonton coil balance system that is no longer made. However our 15-259 Pivot Shoe can replace the old shoe, but you will also need to replace the coil springs with the Series 159 Coil Balances. The video below shows how.
