Part for keeping the window up

I am looking for the part that keeps the window up when its open.

A customer submitted photo of a coil balance system.

Thanks for posting! It's hard to tell while the hardware is still installed in your window, but I think you should take a look at our 15-111 Pivot Shoe. This pivot shoe is used with the Series 160 sash support system. Does this look about right? You may also want to see our 15-150D Coil Double Support. Let me know what you think!
