Part for series 350 MI window "balance"

A home owner from Glendale, California says:

I need the "balance" assembly part for MI window (vinyl) up/down model. The window is single hung model. The model is called 350 homemaker series according to MI. The broken coil on one side does not hold the window in up position. The window pain size (movable portion) is about 32"x23"

Note; on the windoww, here is the warranty info : 16315037.10 350

Please assist in buying this part.

The pivot shoe that will fit into this window is our 15-199. Carefully compare your measurements with ours to confirm this is correct. These shoes are used with a Series 160 coil spring. You will need to retrieve the stamped number from the coil in order to choose the proper springs. If there is not a stamped number, get back to us with the weight of your sash.
