Hello, the first picture shows the product we have purchased. The rest of the pictures showmy existing product. My question is the upper mount for the string tension on my window is in a slit in the housing. The new product sounds like you use a screw to mount. Is this correct or do I have the wrong product?

It sounds like you may have purchased the S770 balances but your originals use the 15-198 hook, which we can attach to the S795-32 (32C) channel balances through a custom order. To confirm, we'll need to see the fitting attached to the opposite end of the balance to determine if it matches the 15-195 that comes with our stock balances. We'd also need to know the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!
