Thanks for reaching out to us! Your balance shoe is a match for the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. It is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance, which is attached using the 33-072 screw.
The cover/support for the coils can be replaced with the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel; all three are snapped together to make the support. You will need all of these pieces for each individual coil.
To determine the correct coil springs, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coils. If there aren't any, please take a look at the video tutorial, tagged below, for instructions on selecting the correct coil weight option.
Your pivot bar is an exact match for the 26-466 Pivot Bar. While I'm confident it is the right replacement match, be sure to compare the dimensions below.
