Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see the top and bottom fittings of an undamaged balance removed from the window to compare to our inventory. See the video below to help you through the process. Thank you!

A handy person from Jacksonville FL says:
Here are several pics of unbroken balance.

Also, do you have the small plastic stop on sash where the top of the balance would rest?

Thanks
John

Upon further review, my balance is 9/16 wife, 5/8 deep.

bottom shoe is 1" deep and looks like nonwing 15-002

top shoe looks like winged 19-005 on the series 395

Thanks for getting back to us. I would generally recommend the S395 based on your photos. If you're sure that the bottom fitting measures exactly 1", we can still help but it will need to be a custom order. To get started, we'll need to confirm the number of balances that you need with the minimum being two. We may also be able to supply the top sash guides that hold the balance below the sash but we would need to see an undamaged guide removed from one of your windows to compare to our inventory.

A handy person from Jacksonville FL says:
Yes they appear to be 1 inch on bottom.

So I need 6 total balances and 6 of those sash guides.

Let me know who to call.

thanks
John

Great, we just sent over an order link and price quote for the balances you requested. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.

As for your top sash guide, take a look at the 18-166. We'll include the specifications from our product page below. Thank you!
