Thanks for reaching out! Your channel balances appear to be our Series 795 channel balance with a 1-1/4" 15-195B Open Cam, T-Lock Balance shoe attached. This shoe is sold separately from the balance.

To select the balance you need, double check the length of your metal channel. You'll be able to choose your length from the list of balances in the link above. Then you'll need to double check the stamp from the metal channel to choose the option you need.
